Eric Larra, with over 30 years of experience in high profile, for-profit and non-profit environments, has a proven track record of successfully growing or turning organizations around. Eric is adept at partnering with other functions to improve results in both small and large organizations. Eric joined Episcopal Community Services (ECS) in September 2014, assuming financial leadership of this then, $20 million organization, stewarding ECS through a period of accelerated programmatic and financial growth to a current annual budget of over $28 million. Prior to joining ECS in 2014, Eric was Controller of Northern California Presbyterian Homes and Service (NCPHS), responsible for multiple not-for-profit corporations, a for-profit, a foundation and three pension plans. Prior to NCPHS, Eric was Conservation Assistant Director – Finance and Systems – for the SIERRA CLUB, and Finance and Planning Manager for LEVI STRAUSS & COMPANY. There he contributed to increasing the Dockers® Brand’s sales from $800 million to $1 billion, and the Levi’s® Men’s Jeans sales from $2 to $2.3 billion over two years, while increasing profit margins significantly.
