George Lotti began his career in 1990 as a staff accountant for Hood and Strong, LLP.  Three years later, he was hired by then client, Heat and Control, Inc. to serve as their accounting manager.  He was later promoted to Controller, and then (in March, 2001), to his current position as Chief Financial Officer.  During his tenure, Heat and Control has grown to 1350 employees (more than double the count in 1991), and revenue has grown from $100 million to $470 million.  Along with current CFO responsibilities, George has served on the Board of Directors for Manex, Inc (a manufacturing consulting company) for over a decade, and for Unconditional Love Animal Rescue since 1999.  He is a lifelong resident of the Bay Area, attending De La Salle High School, where he is a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame, and Santa Clara University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, in 1990
