Holden Lee has worked for more than twenty-five years on innovation at the intersection of public, private, and philanthropic capital markets to create positive social impact. Since joining the Federation in 2013, Holden has revamped financial reporting to create better management tools, enhanced fiduciary oversight of its investment portfolios, and led financial transactions that strengthened the organization. Previously, Holden was a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates, advising institutional endowments and developing impact investing frameworks. Holden has also served as chief financial officer of national organizations focused on land conservation and public education reform, and as a private equity investor in critical emerging market infrastructure projects. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School and an A.B. in politics from Princeton University.
