Eligibility: Company must be headquartered in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sonoma, or Solano counties. Nominees must be in the CFO role for at least two years.
A pro-bono Nominating Committee and an independent Selection Panel, coordinated by the event committee, manage the nomination and selection process.
The Nominating Committee is comprised of business executives and research analysts, screens nominations, and provides information to the independent Selection Panel, which makes the final decision on finalists and winners.
