Michael C. Buckley is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions and business consulting firm that connects people with meaningful work and provides companies with the talent and subject matter expertise they need to confidently compete and grow. Buckley started with the company in 1995 and has served in various capacities, including positions in IT and Corporate Accounting, Controller, Vice President, Treasurer, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. He was named Executive Vice President and CFO of Robert Half in 2019. In his nearly three decades with the organization, he has helped support the company’s growth to become a global Fortune 500 industry leader with revenues of $7.2 billion in 2022. Buckley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of San Francisco. Prior to joining Robert Half, he worked in public accounting. Buckley was born and raised in the Bay Area. He grew up in Redwood City and attended high school in San Jose.
