Roxanne leads companies through successful transitions and empowers them to scale through acquisitions/divestitures and raising capital. For 25 years, Roxanne has been a financial expert who has led businesses in diverse industries. Her ability to lead and articulate the company’s strategy to all stakeholders makes Roxanne a compelling board member. Roxanne is also a great team leader and mentor. Roxanne Oulman currently serves as CFO at CallidusCloud (Nasdaq: CALD) a publically traded $2.5 billion market cap SaaS company. She divides her time between the company’s growth strategy and operational execution. Roxanne oversees Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, IT, Security Compliance, and Contract Management. She is leading the current sale of the company to SAP. Under Roxanne’s leadership preceding the announced sale, CallidusCloud’s market capitalization increased 90%. Prior to CFO, Roxanne was the Senior Vice President of Finance where she led numerous acquisitions, two follow-on offerings raising $175 million combined, supported an on-premise license to SaaS transition, and developed a scalable Finance and Accounting organization. Roxanne is an active member of the CCI CFO Roundtable. Previously, Roxanne was interim Chief Financial Officer at Thoratec Corporation (Nasdaq: THOR) a publically traded medical device company, where she held multiple financial leadership roles from 2004 to 2013. She built an organization that supported revenue growth of 350% to ~$500 million over a six year period. During Roxanne’s tenure she led a divestiture and an acquisition. Prior to Thoratec, Roxanne served as General Manager from 2000 to 2004 and Western Regional Controller from 1999 to 2000 for Zomax, Inc. a logistics and supply chain company. As General Manager she drove sales efforts and managed the relationship with the company’s largest customer, Microsoft. Roxanne’s work guided a struggling division to profitability andnomination for Microsoft vendor of the year award. Prior to Zomax, Ms. Oulman served in a variety of financial leadership roles.
