Emerging Company

Will is a strategic CFO with deep experience in the software industry. He draws from a unique combination of finance, corporate development and investing experience across his 30-year career. His operating roles over the last 15+ years have spanned from mid-stage, venture backed ($25MM+ ARR) to public companies. Johnson’s experience includes debt and equity capital raises as well as both buy and sell side M&A.

These transactions were both buy and sell side and in public and private domains.

Prior to his operating career, Johnson spent a decade as a venture investor in a variety of enterprise software, Saas, security, IT infrastructure and internet businesses. He was a partner at In-Q-Tel and a software practice leader at JPMorgan Partners.
